We process account data (email, authentication state), billing metadata from Stripe, uploaded media files, transcoding outputs, and service logs required for security and operations.

We process data to deliver the conversion service, enforce plan limits, secure accounts, process subscriptions, and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Upload and output retention follows your plan limits. Billing records and security logs are retained as required for accounting and fraud prevention.

We use Stripe for payments and Ionos SMTP for transactional email delivery. Additional subprocessors will be disclosed as they are added.
